Want to honor or memorialize a loved one?

If you would like to make a donation in honor or in memory of a loved one, we’re happy to provide you with the platform to do so. Read below for a couple of ways you can make an impact on behalf of someone else who has suffered from C. diff.

Option 1

Make an Individual Donation

  • Using the individual donation form above, check the box to “Dedicate my donation in honor or in memory of someone.
  • Choose whether your donation will be made in honor of or in memory of your loved one.
  • If you’d like us to send an acknowledgment of your donation to the person you’re honoring, or the friends or family of the person or memorializing, check that box and provide us with their contact details.
  • We’ll do the rest.

Start a Fundraiser

  • Go to our “Start a Fundraiser” page here and follow the steps to create a campaign.
  • When prompted to “add your story,” provide some details about the person your fundraiser honors or memorializes.
  • Share your fundraiser with friends and family, and watch your campaign grow.
