NATIONAL

C. DIFF SUMMIT

Since 2015, Peggy Lillis Foundation has trained and supported C. diff survivors and family members to be fierce advocates, forceful public speakers, and empathetic peer supporters.

BEYOND ADVOCACY

Building a C. diff Movement Focused on Care, Community, and Empowerment.

Over the past decade, we have held nine National C. diff Summits and six Lobby Days. Please join us for our tenth Summit, where we will return to basics while innovating for the future.

This year’s Summit will feature updates from researchers, clinicians, and industry leaders in the morning, networking for all attendees over lunch, and hands-on training for volunteers in the afternoon. Volunteers will receive training in:

  • lobbying and testifying to regulatory bodies
speaking to the media and presenting at conferences
  • providing emotional and logistical support to C. diff patients and family members
  • serving as patient advisors on clinical trials, among other topics

The next day, we will meet with our legislators to urge them to protect public health and join us in the fight to end the harm caused by C. diff infections.

If you’re a C. diff expert and want to present at the Summit, please propose a topic.
